Just choose the countries below you want to ban and then create your htaccess file. The bold countries are from a list of high fraud (credit card) countries.

This bans visitors based on their ISP's host name. So if they have a top level domain extention (.com,.net,.org) they won't get banned. But luckily most of the high fraud countries have ISPs with the country's name as the extention.
